I'm not much of a talker. But I have to do this. I won't speak on matter pertaing to the current case at hand. But this article speak wonders of what I've been saying for some time now. First off Barron Shepperd he said for sometime that he has no affiliation with Radford Davis and their he is. Creeden has spoke of this repeately, but everyone said no your a friggin wacko their is no affiliation and no conspiracy. But their it is its all there.

And Mr Dwyer he never saw Keehan after 1970 and I have proof of that. And he wasn't at the 68 convention and I have proof of that to. Now Dwyer was their come on when did that happen. Its a good read and why would they all be together.

Look I've dealt with Ashida Kim for along time he's nothing. But being e-mailed from Barron Shepperd saying that he doesn't know him and now their together. All I can say is I told you so.

Tuesday, October 28, 2008 GM Doug Dwyer Seminar Master Doug Dwyer came to Florida to hold several classes for his long time student and friend Grand Master Lawrence Day. The series of classes began on Friday and lasted the entire weekend covering the original dances of death. The first to arrive of course were 7th degree black belt Joe Cayer along with several of his students including 2nd degree black belt Walter Knochenmus, Jr. grandmaster David Harris, Sensei Mike Mitchell from Fort Lauderdale. They all had traveled from different states to meet the man who knew John Keehan for over twenty years and trained with and ran Keehan’s classes in Chicago in the 60’s and 70’s. Dwyer was introduced to all attending by Grand Master Lawrence Day. Grand Master Day then proceeding to introduce others to each other for several minutes all were mingling and having very jovial conversation. Dwyer was introduced and mingled having conversation with everyone and after about twenty minutes the class began. It was apparent from the onset that Grand master Dwyer was in remarkable shape for a man who was 69 years of age. His punches, kicks and blocks were smooth, snappy and clean. The students that listened intently were from and eclectic array of styles either Japanese or Chinese styles some experienced in both some in just one. Some such as 7th degree black belt Joe Cayer had black belts in other styles as well as instructorship In Iaido. Sensei Barron Shepherd had several Japanese styles under his belt ranging from 2nd degree black belt to 7th degree black belt. The class ran on and then Doug Dwyer made some lovely comments to his wife who was also present and observing. He then pointed out a few things to a young woman named Lydia Cameron the only white belt in attendance. He asked Sensei Mitchell to demonstrate a couple of kicks such as the round house and side Kick which Mitchell performed with relative ease. After a few more moments of practice he then asked if anyone knew or had practiced Judo. After a few moments sensei Shepherd said he did. Master Dwyer then asked Shepherd his rank in judo and Shepherd answered he was a 2nd degree black belt. Dwyer had a little impromptu demo with Shepherd and then commented that he would like to have Shepherd demo some break falling techniques at a later date. A few more moments passed and then class was concluded. All began to mingle and have conversation again. After speaking with other members of the group Doug Dwyer and Ashida Kim spent several moments speaking. Ashida Kim was diminutive and ninja like in stature, and as Lawrence Day commented on, was in excellent shape. He was polite and some what soft spoken as he, Day and Dwyer spoke. After another twenty minutes or so all were off to a local restaurant. Once all arrived at the restaurant, Senseis Day, Dwyer and Kim sat in close proximity and spoke of the 68 democratic convention and china town. It was apparent that Ashida Kim and Doug Dwyer along with John Keehan had all been there. Dwyer then verified that Keehan and he were indeed teaching some classes there as well. Dwyer then fascinated the table of martial artists of stories from the good old days. It was apparent he and Keehan were long time running buddies with a penchant for getting up to their eyeballs in trouble and fighting their way out of it. Knochenmus, Cayer, Shepherd, Mitchell and Shakur all were chatting on the opposite side of the huge round table. It seemed that everyone in attendance were hitting it off well. Knochenmus and Shepherd spoke to each other all most the entire time sharing experiences in the military and speaking about Knochenmus' grandchildren. As the food arrived Sensei Joe Cayer said a prayer and blessed the food and conversations started again. Lydia Cameron had made a cake and all had desert. It was definitely to die for. Sensei Shepherd especially liked it and had two pieces. After dessert all leisurely strolled outside chatting and laughing then after several minutes said their good byes and agreed to meet for the next class at 8 am. Day, Cayer. Knochenmus, Shepherd, Harris and Kim all went back to Day’s hotel room and continued conversation. On the way back Shepherd was asked about his involvement with a documentary on Keehan’s life. Shepherd was jovial and then became serious. All listened as he explained his situation it was apparent he had some enemies that in his mind needed to be dealt with. The group of instructors seemed to hit it off well as the conversation lightened. They spoke of Dwyer, Keehan and made fun of common enemies. At one point one of the quests played a video he had made which consisted of some martial art group demonstrating to a sound track of a comedic Mel Brooks movie that was especially funny. Shepherd then made the comment that he got blamed for making the video and the quest that had brought it for all to see quickly apologized to him. The hilarious video proved to be a bonding moment for Shepherd and Sensei Cayer as they laughed hysterically. It was obvious both men had seen the video for the first time. Both Cayer and Shepherd seemed alot a like in the sense that both were men of conviction. Cayer a seemingly more spiritual type leader, who was hosting the seminar at his dojo the next morning was cordial, friendly and went out of his way to make all feel welcome. While Shepherd was more samurai like than spiritual. Both had as many diferences as they had in appearance. But amoungst them and the rest of the men in the room all personalites seemed to blend well. At about 10:30 pm all bid a good night and retired to their rooms. The next morning all began to arrive for the days training. Day walked in with Hall and Kim. Knochenmus walked in with Shakur and Mitchell and Shepherd walked in last and began speaking to Cayer and Knochenmus. Shepherd would be stoic and watchful one moment then jovial and charming the next. Cayer, Shepherd and Knochenmus were obviously making a joke about something only known to them and burst into laughter. Ashida Kim, Day and Dwyer spoke quietly in the corner. Sensei Harris treated a few of the guests with his Chinese acupressure techniques which included Doug Dwyer’s wife. It was the same as before all were mingling and chatting. The atmosphere was friendly and jovial. New friendships and bonds had been formed among this special group of martial artists. The class began with Dwyer instructing all were working on punches, blocking techniques and kicks with weighted hands and feet. Dwyer demonstrated some blocking techniques with Knochenmus. There were times when all would hit a move then freeze and Dwyer went thru the crowd making corrections and doing demonstrations on some. All were listening intently and doing their best to please their instructor. They continually adjusted their positions as Dwyer instructed. Dwyer would demonstrate with the weights and then put them down to execute striking techniques which were executed quickly, powerfully and accurately stopping just a hairs width from hitting Sensei Mitchell. Dwyer had captured everyone’s respect and admiration with his ability and charisma. It was understandable how he and Keehan were so close for so long. Dwyer continually came to Shepherd to do demos it was evident that these two had fast become friends and respected each others talents and abilities. Dwyer asked Shepherd to walk across the room commented that Shepherd's posture and movement was good and that of a big cat, smooth, alert and ready to move when needed to. It was apparent that all in attendance were highly skilled. Lydia Cameron performed a technique and all instructors present nodded their heads in agreement as she initiated the action correctly. At about 10:30 a couple of the guests announced they had to leave, so Dwyer ended class and began to mingle and take pictures. Dwyer and Day then presented Ashida with a rank certificate for 10th dan recognizing his contributions to the martial arts. Pictures continued, Shepherd struck with a since of humility had to be coerced to have his picture taken. He reluctantly agreed to all. An inside joke with Cayer was shared with he and Shepherd again and all burst into laughter. Cayer who was somewhat smaller than Shepherd was extremely comfortable with him and obviously had no quams about razzing Shepherd when the oppurtunity arose. Day and Shepherd were having a conversation and the rest of the group from the previous night found out that Shepherd and Day had foregone sleep and stayed up to the wee hours of the morning talking. Strong friendships had definitely been made. A group picture was then taken with Gm Doug Dwyer standing next to Kim along with Harris, Day, Mitchell and Shakur all in the back while others such as Knochenmus, Mitchell, Shepherd and Lydia seated on the floor. Several Pictures were being taken when Lydia commented on the fact that Shepherd had stopped smiling and became stoic and stern again. The two shared some banter with each other that could nt be heard and Shepherd once again smiled. Another inside joke was blurted out, more pictures were taken, and the band of brothers and one sister burst into laughter.

These are the things I and Bullshido have dealt with for years. And this is why I'm the guy.

Mr. Dwyer was disappointed at Shepherd's leaving and expressed it to him by wanting him to stay for one more class. Everyone else that attended stayed for the entirity of the 6 classes.

Mr. Shepherd seemed to have alot in common with a group of Shotokan karate people who were at the seminar and was mostly conversing and hanging out with them. While Dwyer, Day, Luthor and Kim who were the oldest, all in thier sixties to be exact, were hanging out together for the most part. I never witnessed what Mr. Aguair claims happened.

For Mr. Aguiar to attempt to use my article to prove a "conspiracy" as he puts it, that in all actuallity, in my presence did not happen, is complete fabrication and misuse of my article.

TO THE JUDGE AND THE LAWYERS

People seem to think that me and Billy are in some type of conspiracy. This is not the case at all. I don't agree with all the stuff thats going on . I'm the only one who is taking the heat. People threatening and talking smack especially from Patricio and Shepperd their the ones who have been the biggest trouble makers. One Billys best friend for 20 years and Shepperd who is related to Radford Davis and own his property , it all goes to show that both sides that if everyone stayed out of this. Then a deal between Billy and Floyd in 05 would have happened. But Patricio and Shepperd were poisoning Floyd Webb way before I was involved. I wasn't involved until 2007. And the footage that was supposely shot off a TV screen was not shot off a TV screen. It was 1st generation it was changed to Black and White for the DVD in 2001. Billy knew that when he put it out. It would be stolen and this whole situation proves it.

I always wanted to work with Floyd Webb and I still do. I was the one who sought him out against Billys advice. See Billy never told me about e-mails from Shepperd stating that he bought Ashida Kim's stuff for 1000 dollars. I didn't know what this was all about. I didn't even see Billy until 2007 the last time I saw Billy was 1988. Their was alot of things going on in the school that my father didn't agree with so he left.

It goes to show that Radford Davis and Shepperd were out to screw Billy over and who ever was in their way to defraud the BDFS . I have several recorded phone calls pertaining to Shepperd and how he wanted to place my father as the head of the International BDFS that Felkoff runs now. My father smelled a rat especially when Shepperd said he never knew who Ashida kim was.

The Purchased FootageJohn Creeden, Jr, a direct student of Count Dante was offered $1000.00 for footage he shot of Count Dante and he accepted that offer and was paid. The investor paid $500.00 upfont for the footage site unseen. Meanwhile, his son, John Creeden, III talked to the investor and did what he could to try to change the initial deal by adding some printed materials. The investor was disappointed in the footage because it was clearly shot from a TV screen with a video camera. Due to John Creeden III's unprofessional behavior he made a decision not to go into business with him.

Late Night Calls to 81 year old mothers?Part of the investors decision was triggered by someone making a call to the investors 81 year old mother in the middle of the night telling "your son is dead." We do not know who made the call, we levelled no accusations. But it came after a heated argument between the investor and John Creeden III who told him how long his arms could reach and his associations with the Irish Mafia in Florida. This was deleted from my blog a few days ago. But I am putting it back after seeing John Creeden III announced online I gave someone $7500.00 for images I got off of http://archive.org. He says he is going for a job in law enforcement. Go figure.

I want them to go to the authorities so we can clear this up once and for all. What I want is the phone records from Shepperd's mother phone. And then my name would be cleared and the harassment from them on-line would stop. On June 8 2007 I had a phone call from Webb stating that he said its wasn't me who called someones mother. I told Webb that no one else knows about this transaction. So he deleted a post and then I mentioned on count dante.com that Floyd gave Patricio 7500 dollars for paperwork that Patricio had for a book with Billy. This is what Shepperd told me to probably entice me into a deal. And all hell broke loose, but then patricio had their e-mails and then opened the http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/1bdfs/ were he gave Floyd Webb exclusive Flyers that no one had. Floyd states that he got it from the wayback machine. No way it is a lie.

So if Floyd can say on the 1bdfs board that Aguiar is busted. And Patricio stated that he was killing hookers, that actually involved a Rhode Island State Trooper. And Barron Shepperd stating that someone calls his so called mother{ we still don't know if the women is still alive} then we have the right to fight fire with fire so to speak.

Considering that he ran the WKF and the BDFS for almost 19 years and was Johns personal friend. And all their legal issues back then. My father put the mail order business together with John Keehan.

Floyd I would like to apologize for any hurt or mistrust you may have felt towards me. I really sorry for some of the thing and how they work out. Like I said call my father or a lawyer can. You would be intrested in the way things worked out. I'm done with Billy I got a cease and desist order from him to separate himself from me. None of this would have ever happened if you didn't introduce me to Barron Shepperd and you didn't tell me that he bought Ashida Kims intelluctual property and copyright. And their a story of a e-mail coming out of Billys from me that didn't happen.

Court Today has ended... Veryyyyyyyyy Interesting time in Federal Court in Boston today. I will not say anything. It will all come out in Justia next week. I am cool though. Gonna leave you all in suspense until it hits the public record. Aguiar does have a lawyer at last. This should make all the other deliberations easier now he has professional assistance. He has some hurdles meanwhile.

Federal courts are starting to recognize the dangers of online threats and intimidation and they are acting on these threats. I really would not want to be in their shoes.Mike S

I have a feeling that Creeden who deems himself untouchable is going to be in for a surprise if/when the judge subpoenas him into court. I can't imagine that he is just going to ignore him much further. Creeden should just be lucky that the judge dropped the case against Barron or those phone calls to his mom would be coming up too.

As sanctions are placed on Aquiar it seems once again the conspiracy theory is brought back up. I have no busness relationship with Ashida Kim I do not employ him in any way shape or form nor do I or my wife have anything to do with him or his site what so ever. Ashida is neither related to me in any way as Creeden has also tried to claim in the past. Creeden yells he speaks the truth when all he has done is lie and make false accusations.Just because one of my homes is in Winter Haven a town whose population is over 30,000 in number(2006 consensus). Somehow this puts me in business with Ashida Kim. My other home in Indiana is John Cougar Mellencamp's home but does that put me in businees with him?Burt Reynolds once had a home in Winter Haven a few blocks of my home but that doesnt mean I knew him or was in business with him.Most of us live in a society that today many dont even know who lives a few houses away in our own neighborhoods. SO there again how does this make Ashida Kim a business associate. How does a over head picture of a nieghborhood which does not appear to be my neighborhood put me in businees with Ashida Kim.Again business associations with Ashida Kim do not exist in any way.I am sick of the accusations and if anymore legal action is brought against me or my wife I will start my own letigations for filing frivilous suits against me and my family. Dmca take downs: Ashida DID NOT represent me in any take downs NOR did he represent me in waving certain rights as Creeden has claimed. If there was any truth to us being in business together or that he was representing me we would still be in court.Youtube however recieved a email from me about two parties that were using either my name or likeness or my company's name and information taken from my site to thier benefit. My email simply stated that no one had permission to use me or badassfightwear.com in any way shape or form. One was using pics off my site the other was using me as an endorsement neither had my permission so BOTH partie's vids were removed.My email also stated that if they agreed to remove anything pertaining to me or badassfightwear.com that I would have no objection to them reposting the vids.Creeden's account became suspended when he refused to comply and kept posting other vids with information from Badassfightwear.com while Ashida Kim removed anything pertaining to me and reposted his vids.But rather than tell you the truth Creeden wants to continue with the charade that I am a business partner with Ashida Kim. My attorney has a copy of the email to youtube that I sent.My story from day one Has not changed. I do not have a youtube account where I post vids nor does anyone represent me that does so. There is no businees relationship with Ashida Kim or Dojopress or any of the youtube accounts that post stuff up in his behalf or anyone elses for that matter.

Truth is considering how angry you are, I really don't understand why you haven't brought suit against both Auiar and Creeden already. Aguiar for your attorney's fees and Creeden for the threats and harassment. Unlike me, you can afford it. As far as the video footage... you paid for it, it's legally yours. Creeden needs to grasp that "signatures" are not needed to make a sale final when you buy something. People buy groceries, clothes and DVDs everyday and all they ever have to do is pay... and Creeden got paid $1,000. End of sale!

JUST GOT BACK FROM TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL

Wow my head is spinning , I got a Hudson pass which is really expensive it gave me access to all the short narratives and short documentary completion films you can't see them all. I sat in a seminar hosted by Martin Scorsese and Spike Lee and a lot of people who are really not known to me . But the exploits in cinema really got my juices flowing. Ester Robinson film film uncharted waters really was well done. Its a story of Danny Williams a friends of Andy Warhols factory. Williams disappeared in 1966 never to be seen again. The film reminded me of Dante/Keehan, but she did it with them remembering Williams on how bad they disliked him she still shot it. What moved me about it was Williams was her uncle. She cried before the introduction to the film. She never met him.

Quite so! Let's consider this: Creeden talked his buddy into filing a lawsuit that had no merit. Creeden stole his buddy's film and sold it to Shepard. Creeden is the only one who has profited in any way from this debacle, and apparently no matter how many threats he makes to prove how demented he is, he doesn't have the balls to actually show up for a fight. He has made such a fool of himself on other internet forums that even some of the worst of those guys have recognized themselves in his stupidity and banned him and even mellowed out a bit.
