Fischer to a charge of mail fraud for his participation in an investment scheme that cost investors more than $45 million and a charge of aiding and assisting in the preparation of a fraudulent tax return. The two charges carry a maximum possible penalty of eight years in federal prison. Richard Glenn Dunham, 56, of Corona Del Mar, who owns RDA Financial Corporation, becomes the second person to enter guilty pleas in relation to a scheme that lured investors with lies of ties to Italian royalty and false promises of 24-percent annual returns. The scheme started in approximately September 1996, and DFJ Italia was forced into bankruptcy in March 2000. As a result of the scam, over 200 investors lost in excess of $45 million. Previously in this case, Stephen A. Ceparano, 63, a certified public accountant from Northport, New York, pleaded guilty to conspiracy, mail fraud and wire fraud for his role in providing false financial documents to the operators of DFJ Italia. Ceparano, who entered his guilty pleas in United States District Court in Brooklyn, New York, is expected to be sentenced later this year. In entering his guilty pleas today, Dunham admitted that he was approached by the operators of DFJ Italia and agreed to provide accounting services, including tax preparation services, to DFJ Italia employees and clients. Dunham worked in DFJ Italia’s Irvine offices from January 1999 until the scheme collapsed. Dunham acknowledged that during his affiliation with DFJ Italia, he allowed DFJ Italia to falsely label Dunham as a certified public accountant who would vouch for the financial integrity of the DFJ Italia investment. Dunham also provided the company with a letter on RDA Financial letterhead in which he called DFJ Italia a “safe investment” that provided large returns, even though he had not conducted any financial review of the investment. Dunham also advised an investor that financial statements prepared by Ceparano and which purported to show the financial strength of DFJ Italia were accurate. Dunham’s advice was false as he concealed from the investor that he had never conducted any review or analysis of their content to determine their accuracy. It was later determined that the financial statements were fraudulent. Guy Scarpelli, a former salesman for the defunct ponzi scheme known as DFJ Italia, was charged in early October 2004 with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, structuring cash transactions to avoid reporting requirements, and tax evasion, according to a statement from the US Attorney's office in Los Angeles, which notes that Scarpelli agreed to enter a guilty plea on this charges.
DFJ Italia was run between 1996 and 2000 and offered investors not only returns of some 24%, but also a colorful story. Based in Newport Beach, the company claimed to be associated with an Italian family with royal lineage and diplomatic immunity--a family which had access to a 700-year-old fortune invested around the world in "bridge financing" activities. Behind DFJ reportedly lurked a mysterious individual called "the Don," presumably Luigi DiFonzo, identified in press reports as the mastermind of the DFJ Italia scheme, who reportedly committed suicide in August, 2000.
The US Attorney's statement says that DFJ Italia raised some $45 million from investors, most of which apparently went to the personal benefit of DiFonzo. Scarpelli allegedly received between $60,000 and $70,000 of commissions per month in 1998. He maintained a bank account in the name of an antiques business to channel deposits and ponzi payments of investor money.
Two other participants in the DFJ Italia scheme have reportedly pleaded guilty to fraud and other charges. Richard Glenn Dunham, an accountant from Orange County, California, pleaded guilty to mail fraud and tax violations for his involvement in generating DFJ's financial information. I finally got to look at some of the film footage of Count Dante with William Aguiar.Now I know what Bill Aguiar III has in his possession and what I have to bargain for. The video footage is not good, very washed out. The transfer really sucks. There is little value if the 8mm film no longer exists. I hope it is still around....I also got a short clip from the 1964 Tournament that I was at. I do mean short, about 36 frames. The magic of new media will definitely come into play here.My Internet research assistants are coming to me from all over the world. I am very grateful to them for their assistance. I will name them in the film with their permission.

Someone is taking responsibility for an act he was never accused of. He is making threats to have my blog taken down for slandering him by accusing him of an act he was never accused of.

The Purchased Footage John Creeden, Jr, a direct student of Count Dante was offered $1000.00 for footage he shot of Count Dante and he accepted that offer and was paid. The investor paid $500.00 up font for the footage site unseen. Meanwhile, his son, John Creeden, III talked to the investor and did what he could to try to change the initial deal by adding some printed materials. The investor was disappointed in the footage because it was clearly shot from a TV screen with a video camera. Due to John Creeden III's unprofessional behavior he made a decision not to go into business with him.Late Night Calls to 81 year old mothers?Part of the investors decision was triggered by someone making a call to the investors 81 year old mother in the middle of the night telling "your son is dead." We do not know who made the call, we levelled no accusations. But it came after a heated argument between the investor and John Creeden III who told him how long his arms could reach and his associations with the Irish Mafia in Florida. This was deleted from my blog a few days ago. But I am putting it back after seeing John Creeden III announced online I gave someone $7500.00 for images I got off of http://archive.org. He says he is going for a job in law enforcement. Go figure.

FUNNY HOW FLOYD WEBB DODGES THE QUESTIONS

Its seems that you can't get some. Floyd you can't answer a question on Bullshido , also Matt Kiley handed it to Samuel Browning who seems to be an Ashida/Webb supporter know.
